Responsibility
- liaise with clients
- weekly track sheet, Validation, valuations, and data uploads to client system
- assist with reconciliation of cost
- perform general departmental administration tasks as and when required to meet the needs of the department
- undertake full ownership of administrative tasks within the Commercial Dept. This includes processing customers’ orders and amendments, updating the forecast model and ensuring all commercial information is accurately entered
- ensure that all relevant information is communicated to all involved in a timely manner; deal with any internal/external queries than may arise
- help to ensure commercial records are accurately maintained with respect to direct labour, subcontractors, plant, material, consumable and administration costs and project valuation
