- you will work with Operations Managers to maintain a level of 100% environmental permit compliance, zero serious pollution incidents, within contractual budgetary controls and with adherence to set KPIs

As Development Operations Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting our Operations Managers, gain the experience needed, and receive the guidance and coaching to progress within Turnbull
- implement efficiencies and innovations in operations to provide cost savings to the client where applicable
- managing awareness of team members to improve safety and reduce accidents / incidents protecting workforce from injury and company from prosecution
- roadway and pedestrian walkway lighting networks
Requirements
- you may already have some supervisory experience, but more importantly you will be an ambitious professional with a passion for a career as a future Operations Manager
- you’ll have skills that are transferrable such as strong communication, team, and motivational skills, with a knack for building relationships with key stakeholders
- as well as the above, you’ll be driven and able to self-manage your workload in a highly pressured environment whilst maintaining exemplary safety and quality standards, all whilst providing a rapid and effective response to operational problems
- we are particularly keen to hear from those who have experience in the construction and/or water industry who have further educational achievements
