- you will develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their telecoms requirements and ensuring that their needs are met
- you will also develop, implement and update processes, to promote continuous service improvements
- as a Service Delivery Administrator, you will be at the forefront of delivering top-notch services to our customers - Supporting key brands including Stagecoach, Mitsubishi and HomeServe
- in this role, you will have the opportunity to work with telecoms providers, monitoring the delivery of their services to ensure that they meet the agreed SLAs
