Responsibility
- onboard new clients - You will be responsible for taking new clients through our onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition to our agency's services
- media buying - you will need an understanding of Facebook & Instagram advertising, so that you can optimise accounts, and report / improve performance
- manage client ad account performance: You will manage and optimize client ad accounts to ensure maximum performance and ROI
- report directly to management on client performance: You will provide regular reports on client performance to our management team
- responsible for managing client churn: You will work to minimize client churn and ensure high client retention rates
Requirements
- strong communication skills: You must be able to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues
- account management: 1 year
- direct marketing: 1 year
- attention to detail: You must have strong attention to detail and be able to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously
- strong organizational skills: You must be able to manage your time effectively and prioritize tasks
