Responsibility
- direct the execution of projects with emphasis on industry-accepted processes for construction project management, estimation, schedule, and quality control
- mitigates risk associated with project implementation, in addition to skills required for anticipating obstacles to better minimize operational risk
- the PM will develop long-term capital plans that align with strategic business goals and monitor progress against these plans
- review, approve and oversee construction plans/designs and work order from consultants and vendors included in the construction team
- supervise in the acquisition of permits and approvals; assist in public notices and additional coordination with jurisdiction
- ensures contractors and vendors meet deadlines and comply with regulations related to safety and environmental impact
- recommend and implement operational policy, procedures, and goals to carry out the functions of the project team
- the Project Manager will oversee a variety of projects that includes Redevelopment, CapEx, Remerchandising, Apartment Only, CRSP, and Retail projects across the entire region
Education
- bachelor’s degree or higher, with emphasis in Engineering, Construction Management, or Business
