- coordinate project activities amongst the functional and technical team members consultants
- provides project management expertise and leads key project work streams, working with the full project life cycle, following project Governance processes
- scope, plan and manage projects through the entire life cycle, ensuring delivery to time, cost and quality
- establish and maintain risk assessment to identify and assess the material risks that arise in their area of responsibility
- ensure projects meets internal and external customer requirements
- identify and evaluate project risks and issues and devise and implement effective mitigation strategies
- monitor delivery performances and quality using metrics and status reporting
- mitigate risk as per defined project plans
