Responsibility
- due to the nature of the business, there may be a requirement to cross cover at other clinic locations from time to time at the reasonable request of the company
- routinely monitor and assess practice performance against patient access and demand management targets
- evaluate, organise, and oversee staff induction and training, and ensure that all staff are adequately trained to fulfill their role
- manage practice budgets and seek to maximise income
- managing the recruitment and retention of staff for the practice
- maintain registration policies and monitor patient turnover and capitation
- monitor and manage sickness and holidays
