the candidate will be required to be on site to assist at our new showroom to assist with customer enquiries, customer visits, booking and forwarding enquiries to our head office
respond to customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service
provide administrative support to the sales team
Requirements
high school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
proven experience as a sales administrator or in a similar role
strong organizational and multitasking skills
excellent verbal and written communication skills
attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
ability to work independently and as part of a team
knowledge of CRM software is a plus but not essential
sales administration: 1 year
