Responsibility
- to perform level 2 manicure, pedicure and BIAB nail treatments
- to perform level 3 facial and massage services
- ensure all treatments are completed to high technical standards in accordance with SOPs and Treatment Protocols
- to perform level 2 waxing, manicure, pedicure, brow and lash treatments
- deliver exceptional levels of customer service from guest greeting to departure
- thoroughly consult with clients to understand their needs and expectations
- record accurate notes including treatment details, recommendations of a treatment plan, aftercare and homecare
- meet departmental targets for client spend, retention, requests and re-bookings
Requirements
- professionally recognised qualification level 2 NVQ/SQV or equivalent in Nail Technology or Beauty Therapy
- professionally recognised qualification level 3 NVQ/SQV or equivalent in beauty therapy
- 1 year experience in a professional spa
- flexible work schedule with weekend availability
- people orientated – friendly, positive demeanour
- A genuine passion for beauty & nails

- be able to work as a part of a team and under own initiative
