Responsibility
- hive Estates is a modern, rapidly growing estate agency and property consultancy based in Newcastle upon Tyne
- since opening in 2016, Hive Estates has experienced sustained growth year on year and in 2022 made its first corporate acquisition
- we are driving the company forward in readiness for further expansion throughout the North East
- we are looking for a in-house bookkeeper to join the business and grow with us to the next level
- A minimum of 1 years’ industry experience within finance and accounting in an SME is required
- applicants are expected to have the relevant qualifications needed to be at the level of Bookkeeper, such as AAT
- we are not like other estate agents; we embrace change and are constantly challenging tradition because we have a strong desire to improve the way our industry operates
- part-qualified and part-time candidates will be considered, and are welcome to apply
Requirements
- minimum 1 year’s experience in a finance and accounting role
- part qualified or fully qualified, minimum AAT
- great administration and organisation skills
- be dynamic and be able to self-starter
- be a great team player and good at problem solving
- excellent time management skills
- strong communication and problem-solving skills
- bookkeeping: 1 year
