Requirements
- demonstrable experience in processing payroll
- knowledge of Sage Payroll desirable
- minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role
Contract type
- part-time – 16 – 24 hrs per week subject to discussion
Responsibility
- to ensure the timely and accurate preparation of weekly and monthly payrolls for approximately 90 employees within the manufacturing and construction industry
- other accounts and administrative duties as required: answering calls, posting mail, etc
- posting Journals
- sales Ledger: Generating sales invoices from application documents, checking correct VAT treatment, liaising with the Commercial Department and dealing with Sales Ledger queries
