- stay abreast of all company policies and ensure that your direct reports are well-informed and communicate any updates
- through strong leadership, coaching and training support team members to constantly deliver at high standards, develop their own stakeholder relationships, implement sales strategies and contribute towards objectives
- responsible for onboarding, and training of all your direct reports in line with company policy and procedure
- have holistic oversight and grow all accounts in your portfolio through renewal and expansion
