Responsibility
- to ensure that any deficiencies affecting the health and safety of service users or staff within the home are reported to the manager immediately
- to report anything untoward immediately to your management team
- to ensure that all staff read, sign and understand the home’s policies and procedures
- to ensure that a clean and safe environment is maintained at all times
- to ensure that service user meetings are held regularly with clearly documented minutes and resulting actions
- to assist in monitoring, auditing, ordering, administration and accurate record keeping of medication
- to support the managers in ensuring that all CQC Standards are being met and where possible exceeded
- to assist managers to ensure that a high quality of service user care is maintained at all times
