Responsibility
lead by example in being on brand when communicating
hold online and onsite meetings with potential clients to guide them through the range of services we provide
proactively follow up leads generated from events or marketing initiatives the Consultancy works on, including all new inbound enquiries
diligently hunt for new enquiries and make proactive outbound calls each day to those who are intrigued to learn about HR and OD people services, and who have expressed an interest in working with us
generate, nurture and cultivate new prospective leads, proactively following-up on these and all other assigned leads in our pipeline, to ensure deals are qualified, scoped and high conversions are achieved, through being able to competently, confidently and cohesively convey our range of service levels, lines and products
nurture prospects and onboard them as new clients to become part of our Consultancy community, and transition them seamlessly over to our Client Delivery Team
lead by example in utilising the full functionality of the Consultancy Client Relationship Management system to manage all your potential new business
12. Contribute to the overall team performance by sharing and implementing best practices ideas regarding business development
