Working hours
- part-time | Permanent
Responsibility
- oversee the day-to-day operations of the bar, ensuring smooth and efficient service
- manage and train bar staff, including bartenders and servers
- develop and implement policies and procedures to maintain high standards of service and customer satisfaction
- create and update drink menus, ensuring a diverse selection of beverages to cater to different tastes
- monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- handle customer inquiries, complaints, and resolve any issues that may arise
- collaborate with the kitchen staff to coordinate food and beverage service, also kitchen service required
Requirements
- proven experience as a Bar supervisor or equivalent in a fast paced environment
- strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- attention to detail in maintaining quality standards for drinks and service
- knowledge of health and safety regulations related to food and beverage service
- supervising experience: 1 year
- restaurant management: 1 year
