Responsibility

  • being a key point of contact for general recruitment enquiries
  • coordinating the Welcome Buddy system for new participants to the programme
  • planning and organising virtual events to engage participants with various elements of the programme
  • managing the content on the cohort LinkedIn group to build a community
  • drafting communication to applicants and new participants to the programme
  • supporting the running of assessment centres, including communicating with candidates and troubleshooting issues on the day
  • supporting the logistics and management of content creation projects – including photo and video shoots; drafting case studies and writing blogs
