the estate comprises 77,500 m2 of building stock and houses around 1800 students in residence
the University of Winchester is looking for an 18th edition qualified electrician who is approachable and customer focused to join its busy maintenance team
the maintenance department operates 5 days a week from 0800 to 1700
A University vehicle is provided for the callout week for commuting and personal use
the directly employed team comprises of 4 Electricians, 4 Domestic Gas Engineers, 1 Carpenter, 1 Multi Trade Operative and a Painter Decorator
all team members are expected to take a multiskilled approach, working outside of their traditional trade where required to provide an outstanding service to the customers of the University
