- the CPMO plays a central role in providing the necessary transparency and assurance required for our strategic initiatives and priority projects
- the University’s 2018-30 Strategic Framework sets out the University’s ambitions and the clear role played by our structures, how we operate, how we work and how we deliver change
- the University has a Change and Portfolio Management Office whose purpose is, through a project and change management framework, to successfully deliver key programmes and projects effectively and consistently with both internal and external stakeholders
- conduct feasibility studies where needed, contribute to the business case, identify solution options that meet business needs, and estimate the potential value that could be realised for key solution option
