Requirements
bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, Human Resources or a related field
significant experience in recruitment or admissions, with a track record of success in attracting and selecting high-quality candidates
strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders
excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
experience in the education industry or working with international candidates is a plus
ability to work outside of normal office hours on occasions to support the campaign

Responsibility
develop and implement a recruitment strategy for the Business School, in alignment with the school's overall mission and objectives
project management of the campaign for candidates to be in position for September 2023
manage the entire recruitment process, from application attraction to candidate selection and onboarding, ensuring a positive experience for all candidates
work collaboratively with the Business School leadership team, People & Culture Team and other stakeholders
identify and attract high-quality candidates for our Business School through a variety of channels, including social media, job boards, and professional networks
