Responsibility

  • you will be the first point of contact for any technical support received from our customers using multiple channels
  • follow our processes and procedures in your daily tasks
  • log all incidents using the ticket system with clear details, and follow our triage and escalation process
  • troubleshoot tickets logged using remote access tools, and some onsite visits when required
  • build rapport with, and reassure our customers
  • assist with monitoring and maintenance of systems and infrastructure, including daily backup and server checks
  • liaise with 3rd party suppliers to resolve issues
  • provide training or self-help documentation for customers
