Responsibility
- manage and oversee daily operational activities, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget
- implement and monitor quality control procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
- collaborate with senior management to set operational goals, objectives, and budgets
- coordinate with project managers, engineers, and field teams to ensure seamless project execution
- develop and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and stakeholders
- monitor and analyze operational performance, recommending improvements and efficiencies
- ensure all safety procedures are strictly adhered to, promoting a culture of safety and responsibility
- provide mentorship, training, and guidance to staff, fostering a collaborative and motivated work environment
