- own the recruitment process including vetting candidates, attending interviews and developing adverts
- be responsible for coordinating onboarding, induction and offboarding
- manage all sickness and absence management activities including return to work meetings
- maintain employee data on our HRIS
- manage visa/ESTA application process and advise on international travel entry requirements for our Service & Build Engineers who travel globally
- manage internal communications via newsletters, email and/or our HRIS
- support payroll with absence information on a monthly basis
- be the key contact for HR queries and day to day HR administration
