Responsibility

  • assist the Manager in overseeing the daily operations of a supported accomodation home for 16-18 year olds
  • provide direct support to residents, including assistance with activities of daily living
  • monitor and document residents progress towards independence and wellbeing
  • assist with Health & Safety and general running of the home
  • ensure the rota is sufficiently planned
  • coordinate and communicate with professionals, families, and other staff members

Requirements

  • previous experience in a similar role or in the field of young people support
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities
  • compassionate and patient demeanor when working with residents
  • ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
