  • building strong working relationships to advise
  • to provide references & confirmation of employment for those that require them
  • assisting with and developing on recruitment campaigns
  • assist with recruitment
  • update employee records with changes
  • to schedule absence reviews and disciplinary meetings
  • conduct short term sick welfare meetings

  • IT literate
  • excellent organisation skills

  • attention to detail
  • up to CIPD level 5 and/or relevant experience
