Responsibility
- assist in day to day operations of the Orchard Community Café
- communicate with trainees and volunteers to deliver the highest quality food service possible
- offer information, advice and guidance to trainees on areas of development, and offer support and training where possible
- minimise the amount of waste and that all materials are used correctly and efficiently
- use all equipment as trained, correctly and economically
- share knowledge and skills with trainees and volunteers to overcome any issues or potential foreseeable problems
- work closely with the Kitchen Manager to implement new projects into the Orchard Community Café
