  • ITIL Foundation
  • excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
  • at least 5 years’ experience in an IT Role or 3 years’ experience in an MSP
  • strong knowledge on Microsoft Servers and Hyper-V
  • strong knowledge of Networks
  • good understanding of Backup/Disaster Recovery Products
  • IT support: 3 years
