- must Answer telephone calls and be able to take a message, this is a big part of your day
- calling customers and suppliers on updates
- general office admin, matching deliveries notes up to orders etc and filing
- maintain office cleanliness
- additional duties as required
- you will be involved in our office as a valid member answering telephone and emails, you will be dealing with account and cash sale customers over the phone taking messages through to customer issues
