Responsibility

  • unite Care Group are now looking to appoint a Team Leader to join our fantastic team operating from our Cardiff Branch
  • supporting the day-to-day running of the branch and ensuring compliance with all requirements of CIW via rostering, recording and reporting
  • accepting changes to visits as requested by customers, their friends and relatives
  • accepting new packages from a variety of referral routes
  • we are growing as a business and as a result now have a great opportunity for somebody who is passionate about care who wishes to progress with a genuinely caring company
  • investigating complaints, taking appropriate remedial action and if required reporting this to senior management and/or the CIW
  • ensuring that effective induction, supervision and assessment of staff is carried out and that training needs are identified and met
  • taking an active part in on call and emergency care responsibilities as required
