Responsibility
- oversee all warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and shipping of goods
- manage the production process, from planning to execution, to ensure timely delivery of products
- develop and implement strategies to optimize warehouse and production processes
- ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- hire, train, and manage warehouse and production staff
- monitor inventory levels and perform regular cycle counts
- develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers
- prepare reports and provide regular updates to upper management
Requirements
- lean Six Sigma certification or experience implementing lean principles in a manufacturing environment
- experience with continuous improvement initiatives
- familiarity with ISO 9001 or other quality management systems
- bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field
- knowledge of warehouse and production processes, including inventory management, shipping and receiving, and production planning
- strong leadership and management skills
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
