Responsibility

  • collate patient and public feedback relating to cancer screening and ensure that it is appropriately incorporated in work streams
  • attend regular staff meetings, trainings and other meetings as requested
  • 11. Undertake any other duties appropriate to the post, as required
  • contribute to organisational planning and development
  • the post holder shall act as a point of contact on the three national cancer screening programmes and will identify guidance and support to their Practices on all matters relating to cancer screening
  • liaise with PCN and Practice Managers to support Population Health Management
  • support Practice Managers to analyse local patient information relating to cancer screening uptake
  • identify training and development needs within the PCN; this may include the use of skills audit etc
