Responsibility
collate patient and public feedback relating to cancer screening and ensure that it is appropriately incorporated in work streams
attend regular staff meetings, trainings and other meetings as requested
11. Undertake any other duties appropriate to the post, as required
contribute to organisational planning and development
the post holder shall act as a point of contact on the three national cancer screening programmes and will identify guidance and support to their Practices on all matters relating to cancer screening
liaise with PCN and Practice Managers to support Population Health Management
support Practice Managers to analyse local patient information relating to cancer screening uptake
identify training and development needs within the PCN; this may include the use of skills audit etc
