Responsibility
- plan and supervise the production process and systems
- develop and maintain production schedules and ensure they are met
- monitor the performance of the production department and take corrective actions when necessary
- ensure that all products meet quality control standards
- help to maintain an efficient inventory management system of electronic components and materials
- manage and develop the production team, providing training and guidance when necessary
- coordinate with other departments to ensure that production processes are streamlined and efficient
- ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations
Requirements
- bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Technology or related field
- at least 5 years of experience in electronics production management
- strong leadership skills and experience managing a team
- knowledge of production processes, quality control, and inventory management
- excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- familiarity with safety and environmental regulations
