Responsibility

  • own and hit/Exceed annual sales targets within assigned territory and accounts
  • develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand Unilumin customer base
  • build and maintain strong, long lasting customer relationships
  • partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives
  • effectively communicate Unilumin’s value proposition through proposals and presentations
  • reporting on forces that shift tactical budgets and strategic direction of accounts
  • the Business Development Manager will understand the competitive landscape and define effective pricing strategies within the territory
  • the Business Development Manager must ensure that corporate margin objectives are maintained

Requirements

  • it is anticipated that candidates would have at least 10-years sales experience, in meeting or exceeding targets
  • previous experience as a top sales, senior sales manager
  • minimum of 5-years’ experience in the AV or IT industries preferred
  • experience of working in the LED industry preferred
  • proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of LED or large format display products and solutions
  • wide network of existing AV industry relationships within the territory would be advantageous
  • ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization including executive and C-level
  • proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
