Requirements

  • you are passionate about sustainability and are motivated by working for the global market leader in recycling wood-based products
  • you have the capability to analyze the market, identify trends
  • subsequently you can ensure that the company is capable of capitalizing upon business development opportunities
  • A background in panels is great but not essential and full product training will be provided
  • however, a track record of selling construction products through wholesale distribution – doors, windows, ceilings, decorative products – could be advantageous

  • troubleshoot and repair of all factory equipment - electrical, electronic, pneumatic and mechanical
  • identify the root causes of problems and suggest process improvements for long term solutions
  • ensure production efficiency is maximised and return production to full capacity promptly
  • ensure that all breakdowns are recorded in our Pemac CMMS system
  • carry out Preventative Maintenance work as required by PM schedules and suggest improvements
  • maintain systems in place for spare parts stock and ensure system is being correctly utilised
  • must be able to dismantle, adjust, modify, improve and assemble factory equipment according to layout plans, blueprints, operating/repair manuals, or drawings
