Responsibility

  • review current contracts to identify correspondence needed and respond appropriately via email and telephone
  • attending client review meetings on service delivery, ensuring continual improvements are made
  • any other reasonable task requested by the General Manager
  • oversee handover process with the control room operators for their shift
  • assisting the General Manager with operational issues and resolving them in accordance with the Company’s policies and procedures
  • assist in the production of weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports on operational performance- KPI’s
  • liaise with finance to resolve queries and discrepancies in hours and/or timesheets etc
