Responsibility
- making outbound calls to promote funded training programmes to SME businesses across the UK
- engage with employers to identify training needs and suggest suitable qualifications / courses based on skills gaps throughout the workforce
- discussing the benefits of Work Based Apprenticeships and Work Based Short Courses to employers across various sectors
- working towards and achieving weekly / monthly sales targets
- managing a pipeline of customers, ensuring details and notes are up to date with scheduled dates to contact
- building sustainable relationships with key decision makers and maintaining these to revisit in the future
Requirements
- previous Telesales / Customer service experience
- confident and polite telephone manner
- hard working and self-motivated
