- we are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Team Leader to ensure we deliver high-quality and person-centred support
- ideally, candidates will have experience in Microsoft packages and be interested in developing their leadership skills
- hours: Minimum of 37.5 - All shifts

- to be considered for this role, you must have a Diploma Level 3 or equivalent in Health and Social Care, previous experience in working with adults with learning disabilities and leading a small team
- A car driver with a clean UK licence is also desired, however, it is not a requirement that you own your own car
- our new Team Leader will assist in the implementation and maintenance of the standards required by legislation related to the registration of the service, be involved in the implementation and maintenance of The service’s quality assurance programme, systematically solve day-to-day problematical issues which arise and assist the manager in the smooth running of the service
