Education
- GCSE or equivalent
Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience working with individuals with disabilities is preferred
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
- compassionate and patient demeanor
- ability to handle challenging situations with empathy and professionalism
- valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- home care: 3 years
