Responsibility

  • job Title : Property Manager
  • package: £25,000 - £26,500 basic plus £2,000 bonus
  • reports to : The Property Manager will report to the Office Manager
  • dealing with complaints and bringing them to resolution before they are escalated wherever possible
  • undertaking property inspections and organising reactive maintenance
  • accurately updating information onto in-house systems and embracing our knowledge sharing culture
  • help with general office administration and putting your all into our culture
