Responsibility

  • develop and execute a marketing plan to drive traffic and generate leads for the agency
  • take ownership of an inbound lead target
  • manage an annual digital marketing budget
  • conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to improve search engine rankings
  • manage and optimise social media accounts, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn
  • develop and execute email marketing campaigns, utilising segmentation and personalisation of email lists
  • collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with overall business goals
  • collaborate with our Content Manager and freelancers to ensure that all of our marketing efforts work towards the same end goal - driving inbound leads

Requirements

  • 3 years demand generation experience in a target driven environment
  • the ability to showcase previous success in developing lead generation strategies
  • proficiency in SEO best practices and the ability to conduct keyword research
  • experience with social media management and email marketing platforms
  • strong written and verbal communication skills
  • ability to analyse data and make data-driven decisions
  • collaborative and able to work effectively in a team environment
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on SEO
