Requirements
- previous experience in a similar role, such as Assistant Manager or Supervisor in the hospitality industry
- strong knowledge of banquet and catering operations
- familiarity with food production processes and quality control standards
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- bartending experience is a plus
- supervising experience: 1 year
