Requirements
previous experience in a similar role, such as Assistant Manager or Supervisor in the hospitality industry
strong knowledge of banquet and catering operations
familiarity with food production processes and quality control standards

detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
bartending experience is a plus

your primary responsibilities will include ensuring a warm and welcoming environment, providing excellent customer service, managing inquiries, and resolving issues promptly

you must also be able to be flexible in offering cover for shifts if and when required
as a Front of House Representative at UltraFlex Gym, you will be the first point of contact for our members and guests
the gym opens 7 days per week, and you will work across up to 5 of those days
therefore, the right candidate must have strong customer service skills and be able to multi-task. You must be self-motivated, versatile, and hardworking. You should be health and fitness minded to help promote the gym
an understanding of how to boost sales and promote the facility is essential and you will need to help induct new members. You will also be expected to conduct regular checks of equipment to ensure it is in top working order
initially the role may be primarily for providing cover for holidays, absences etc, however for the right candidate, we would look to consider further cover/shifts

this starts with the management and as our team grows and changes we are now looking to hire an Assistant Manager
the applicant could be a current Assistant Manager or a Team Leader/Supervisor looking for that next step in their career
the role is for full time 35 - 45 hours per week
this would mean we would have an expectation of this being your only employment
this role would report directly to the General Manager and help in the management of the team that is roughly 10 employees working over various hours and shift patterns
whilst we are always as flexible and accommodating to our teams needs we expect relatively full availability to cover all the shifts needed within these hours
the successful candidate does not have to have experience in the health & gym industry, but it is preferred, as we will be hiring on personality and enthusiasm for the job and the brand

perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, hoovering, mopping, dusting, and disinfecting surfaces
clean changing rooms, toilets, gym floor, and back areas
maintain cleanliness of all communal and high-traffic areas
restock soap, paper towels, sanitiser as needed
report maintenance issues, low stock, or breakages promptly to management
follow the set cleaning checklist and health & safety procedures at all times
work safely around members and avoid cleaning directly where people are training
Requirements
some experience in commercial or gym cleaning is preferred
strong attention to detail and pride in quality of work
able to work independently with minimal supervision
reliable, punctual, and organised
knowledge of safe handling and use of cleaning products and equipment
