as the company is looking to reach its full potential the need has come to take on an experienced Domiciliary Manager to facilitate smooth running of the domiciliary department within Ultra Care
to establish strong links with the social work teams and other community team members to ensure business growth and continuity
the ideal person for the job would need to be highly motivated with a good level of commitment and dedication to the job
to support the Registered Manager to promote and grow the business ensuring a sufficient number of staff at all times
Requirements
hold registration with Social Care Wales as a manager
have a Level 5 Health and Social Care Management Qualification
experience within a Domiciliary role
have at least 1 year management experience
good accuracy and attention to detail
good communication skills; written & verbal
A confident and proactive approach to work
self-motivated
