  • build long-term relationships with the growing customer base
  • regularly communicate with customers to inform them about any new promotions, products and events
  • concise records of communication on our CRM system placing orders
  • internal communication with other departments and Team Members within the Ultimate Juice business
  • managing your Customer Accounts and following the accounting processes
  • keep daily records of sales and phone calls by updating the KPI spreadsheet
