Responsibility
- we are looking for a Deputy Manager to assist in the daily operations of our facility
- the Deputy Manager will oversee all aspects of the day-to-day operations, including staff development, budgeting, staffing decisions, client care, and maintenance
- this person will be responsible for implementing our policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and quality standards

Requirements
- must be able to work full-time
- minimum of two years’ experience in an administrative role
- previous experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting preferred
- familiarity with medical terminology, safety procedures, and quality assurance preferred
- familiarity with payroll processing preferred
- strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills required
- ability to lead by example
