this is a new position which will be full-time and requires flexibility as shifts will involve weekends
primarily you will work alongside your sales team within the shop and deputise for the Manager in their absence
you will be customer focused with good leadership and organisational skills
experience in customer services required and previous retail supervisory skills an advantage

managing the sales team, sales admin team to ensure that key processes and documentation are delivered to agreed standards and timescales
agreeing the details of the sale by ensuring that a range of finance options are explained to the customers and aiding the customers in picking the best option for them
determining the Garage's display layout and vehicle mix for new/used cars in line with guidelines, ensuring the correct display of all point of sale materials
sanctioning and managing any paint or repair work on part exchange/used cars or preparation work on new cars, ensuring all vehicles meet the correct standard for sale or display
