Responsibility

  • manage the day-to-day operation of the payroll department and administer the group’s monthly payroll
  • manage the maintenance of the payroll including pay elements, deductions, departmental and cost centre set up together with the nominal interface
  • manage and assist in the completion of the financial balance sheet reconciliations
  • ensure internal Customers are paid on a timely basis in line with agreed terms
  • ensure the requirements of external parties are met in a timely
