Working hours

Responsibility

  • creating content and posting across multiple social media platforms
  • attend monthly client visits for content capturing purposes
  • effectively and independently manage a number of client social media
  • being involved in the development and improvement of marketing and social media strategies for Win and clients
  • work as part of a team to develop innovative and new social media campaign concepts
  • work closely with the marketing team to discuss accounts
  • analyse and report audience information and demographics, and highlight success of existing social media projects
  • researching competitors to keep ahead of the game and follow industry trends

Requirements

  • fantastic communication skills both in person, verbal and written
  • self-starting and highly motivated to do a fantastic job
  • some experience within social media marketing
  • knowledge of Paid Ads
  • able to work independently and as part of a team
  • you will be proficient in using Google Drive, Google Calendar and communication systems eg. Slack, Teams, Gmail
  • be ambitious, reliable, trustworthy and act with integrity
  • knowledge of popular social media channels such as Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn, with a desire to explore TikTok
