Responsibility

  • process orders and reply to email correspondence when needed
  • ensure that orders are picked and packed accurately, counted and that all shipments meet their deadline of dispatch
  • keep the warehouse clean, tidy and in a safe working condition
  • serve customers as and when required
  • replenish products in the warehouse where necessary
  • answer phone calls and handle customer enquiries
  • manage general warehouse staff picking and packing orders, direct staff as and when required and check orders when an issue is identified
  • managing staff in the warehouse to ensure that orders are effectively picked and packed
