  • degree in chemical/process engineering discipline or equivalent experience
  • we need you to be able to travel outside the UK to other plants and suppliers on occasion
  • experience in project management
  • understanding of technical drawing
  • experience of working within an injection moulding environment preferably within the caps/closures industry
  • understanding of production trials and design of experiments for process experiments/improvements
  • leading and coaching others
  • appreciation/understanding of process capabilities and general SPC
