Requirements
- proven experience in scaffold building or related construction roles
- proficiency with power tools, hand tools, and welding techniques is highly desirable
- familiarity with electrical work, plumbing, carpentry, roofing, painting, and masonry will be advantageous
- strong understanding of safety protocols and regulations within the construction industry
- ability to read and interpret blueprints or technical drawings related to scaffolding structures
- excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- physical stamina to perform manual labour for extended periods in various weather conditions
- valid health and safety certifications are preferred but not mandatory
