Requirements
- previous experience in mechanical and electrical engineering
- fully Qualified maintenance Engineer
- 17th or 18th Edition Wiring regulations certificate preferred
- extrusion Plant, Mixing Plant, Window Fabrication Plant
- able to safely operate handheld and stationary power tools
- able to work safely with sharp and heavy objects
- physical job requirements, reaching, bending, grasping and working in confined spaces
- able to use a computer and Maintenance software packages
Responsibility
- carry out root cause analysis to pre-empt potential equipment failure
- carry out planned maintenance on all equipment and record details on a Maintenance software system
